Day 1-3 Heading to Lincoln Rock State Park, WA
Westy Mouse, Soldier Man, Fairy Girl and Baker Man are so excited to be heading out on another adventure in Casetta. They all agree the new RV is pretty nice.
Lincoln Rock State Park was a real winner, lots of space between sites, hook-ups, great swimming area and paved trails to ride bikes. The sunshine was also very much appreciated. It was so delightful that we extended our stay to three nights.
Day 4-5 Heading to Liars Cove at Conconully, WA
A great spot by the lake!
Sunshine makes me happy......
The fishing was good also. Trout for dinner.
Evening Sunset
It is always fun to check out the local history, especially when rocks and mining are involved!
Day 6-7 Heading to Riley Creek Recreation Area- Idaho
Beautiful rural scenes along the way. Ah, the thrill of the road, how I love road trips.
Sherman Pass, the highest pass in WA. Wonderful memories for our family, ~1978 our first family backpacking trip. I am sure our two wonderful daughters will never forget that experience!
Arrived at Riley Creek Recreation Area late afternoon. Another wonderful find. Campground is run by the Core of Engineers and has a wonderful swimming area, great showers, nice camp sites and of course great bike paths!
The weather is starting to change, but no rain yet.
Is this a Food Truck?
BBQ and all the fixings. What more could you want?
The Crock Pot Stew recipe from Janna was wonderful!
The chief cook at work.
Day 8-9 Post Falls, ID

Coeur d'Alene RV Park, taking care of business for a couple of days.
Day 10-11 Steam Boat Rock State Park, WA
~Another Winner~
Wow, what a wonderful campground. We lucked out again, great camp sites with views, utilities and bike trails too.
We heard the view from the top was worth the hike, so we decided to give it a try.
The loose rocks would turn out to be a challenge on the way up and also coming down!
North end of Banks lake from the top of Steam Boat Rock
One of the three camping loops at the park.
Of course I had to try my luck at fishing. It is well known how I love to cast a few lures out. Sure hope I don't hook a Sturgeon.
Day 12 -13, Coulee Dam, Dry Falls and Back to Lincoln Rock State park
Grand Coulee Dam
Dry Falls
